Service Description
AREO Photography specializes in intimate weddings, micro-weddings, courthouse ceremonies, elopements, and smaller wedding celebrations. Coverage is focused on the meaningful moments of the day, including the ceremony, portraits, family and wedding-party photos, introductions, first dances, speeches, cake cutting, and reception highlights based on your timeline. Because every wedding is different, all wedding bookings are handled by request. After reviewing your date, location, guest count, coverage needs, and timeline, a customized quote will be provided. A signed agreement and retainer are required to officially reserve your wedding date.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to reserve your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding date unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Wedding dates are not considered reserved until the retainer and signed agreement are received. Clients may request one date change with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to photographer availability. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new retainer or rescheduling fee. Cancellations made 30 days before wedding, will result in forfeiture of the retainer. Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding may require payment of the remaining balance, as the date may no longer be able to be rebooked. Changes to coverage time, location, or services must be approved in advance and may result in additional charges. Late starts caused by the client, venue, wedding party, or timeline delays do not automatically extend photography coverage. Additional coverage may be added if available at the current hourly rate. Unedited and RAW images are not included unless specifically purchased or stated in writing. Booking and payment of the retainer confirms acceptance of these terms.
