Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to reserve your session date and time. The remaining balance is due before the session begins. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the retainer. Late arrivals may reduce the available session time. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may be considered a cancellation, and the retainer may be forfeited. Unedited and RAW images are not included in any session package. Booking and payment of the retainer confirms acceptance of these terms.
